Project Background
Friends with Dignity, a not-for-profit organisation supporting victims of domestic and family violence, engaged Juce Advisory to shape its long-term planning and align operational execution with its mission and values. The organisation, known for its grassroots delivery and community partnerships, required a strategy that could bridge the gap between vision and frontline impact.
Recognising the operational intensity of the organisation, Juce Advisory structured the engagement across two levels, strategic vision and tactical execution, to ensure both clarity of direction and practical implementation.
